While we do not know much about them it looks like hammer is the system designed to break into private networks (possibly using
backdoors in routers installed specifically for CIA or other zero-day exploits) while Scorecard is an exploit that allows to use
Hammer framework to change election votes counts when such votes is calculated by the US made voting machines and infrastruture.
Again it looks like
SCORECARD is an exploit -- a specialized application for voting fraud written for HAMMER, which was commissioned by Obama administration in 2009.
The working hypotheses is that this application
is capable of hacking into elections and redistributing votes dynamically in such a way that the desirable candidate eventually win,
but that the process was not detectable to the observers and percentage-wise changes are very small (under 3% or even less). So it
is designed for a very close elections. The first information about its existence came from CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower
Dennis Montgomery, who designed and built THE HAMMER. (

Sidney Powell is not some clickbaiting queen… she announced that there is evidence that the CIA tools were used to alter election
counts on software systems in the swing states.
And now, Sidney Powell (attorney for Michael Flynn and part of the president’s legal team) has announced that they have evidence
that this tool was used, in conjunction with THE HAMMER to rig the
election for Joe Biden.
In fact, there may be evidence that the tool was used to elect Obama.
Even within definitely flaws idea of using computers for voting there are best and worst scenario. For example, one thing is usage
of Trusted Solaris (the workhorse of the US military), and yet another to use Microsoft Window OS. And guess which operating system
those voting machines use. That alone makes them extremely vulnerable.
@Majority of One rticles by a reporter named William Riorden, and was originally
published as a book in 1905. Riorden used to be credited as author, but Plunkitt is credited
as author today. Whoever wrote it, the book is very entertaining. However, bear in mind that
Plunkitt meant and practiced every word. Chapter 6, for example, "To Hold Your District:
Study Human Nature and Act Accordin' " discusses innocent ways of capturing voters, but note
that they are not democratic in that the voters captured are utterly uninterested in actual
government actions. The methodology is the ancestor of contemporary "vote harvesting".
Plunkitt was a standard second generation immigrant Irish politician. Tammany leadership
tended to be second generation immigrant leadership and was, c.a. 1900, heavily Irish and
heavily dependent on the immigrant vote. There are obvious structural parallels with the
situation in 2020.

The fact is this: manipulating elections is a time-honored American tradition! Hanging chads
& allegations of fraud in Ohio. Hussein may have used this system in his elections. The fix
was in for HRC but failed because Trump support was stronger than expected. Daley fixed Cook
Co. for JFK in 1960. Hell, Tilden said Hayes cheated him in the 1876 election! Election fraud
has a long history.
Those Dems were fearful of those "Trump fascists" using the Dominion software against them!

"So for the last 15 years, every single elected person in the swamp has failed this country. The Democrats took this as a roadmap,"

"Folks, do you realize what this is? This is a road map that was written 15 years ago that was designed to specifically prevent
everything that happened in the 2020 election," Limbaugh said.
"Everything they recommended was ignored. I, your host, El Rushbo, am not surprised. These things are never, ever actually followed.
They're simply. ... This is a classic illustration -- we talked about it last week -- of a blue-ribbon panel. Congress could have
given a lot of weight to all this if they would have engaged in something other than just a report," Limbaugh said.

"If there had been some actual legislation, it could have been entitled Election Reform. But, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no! All
they did was farm it out. They farmed it out to some blue-ribbon deep-staters, Jimmy Carter and James A. Baker III, and these guys
came back with exactly what was wrong, how to remedy exactly what was wrong."
The report predicted what would go wrong, but not one recommendation was followed.
"In fact, one might go so far as to say that the recommendations in this report may have actually provided a road map of how to do
it rather than a series of suggestions on how to prevent election problems, this might have been the road map for how to execute
them, because it's eerie," he said.
The report recommended nationwide standards for voter identification "to ensure that persons presenting themselves at the polling
place are the ones on the registration list."
The panel also warned that absentee and mail-in ballots are the "largest source of potential voter fraud." It suggested the practice
of allowing "candidates or party workers to pick up and deliver absentee ballots should be eliminated" entirely.
The commission concluded that states should better track registered voters who move, and election observers should have
"unrestricted access" to monitor the system. Voting machines should be checked regularly for accuracy, and reporters should wait to
"project" winners until all polls have closed.
Lastly, vote fraud should be prosecuted aggressively.
Limbaugh noted the panel called on states to increase voter ID requirements and be leery of mail-in voting.
"They wanted no part of mail-in voting. It's a problem, don't do it, they said. They also made the case for halting ballot
harvesting. They advocated maintaining voter lists, accurate voter lists to make sure dead people were promptly removed. Now, that
shouldn't require a blue-ribbon committee to recommend that. But it did."
The panel also recommended to allow election observers to monitor ballot counting and to make sure voting machines are working
properly.
"That also shouldn't require a blue-ribbon committee suggesting the voting machines work properly. But it's uncanny how everything
they suggested in fact happened the opposite," he said. "This thing, it was either a gigantic and great warning of what was coming
or it served as a road map. But regardless, it was prepared by the deep state. And it ended up being run by the deep state."
as an interested observer of my small, rural county's political machinations for over 40 years voter fraud on a much
larger scale in the 2020 elections doesn't surprise me at all ... mostly now deceased local political stalwarts of
both parties loved to reminisce about how they voted one fellow in two counties one sheriff taking him from jail in
one county delivering him to an adjoining sheriff's county line for transport to a jail in adjoining county (mind you
all this for ONE vote).. giving the nursing home residents a prefilled out ballot ... falsifying absentee ballots and
applications ... taking half pints of cheap whiskey from polling place to polling place for those who just wouldn't
vote without their bottle ...
This was in a county where the election officials personally knew every one of the voters who came in to vote so the
absentees was where the fraud came in ...
If they had vote by mail back in those days no telling what would have happened ...
Jimmy wasn't my favorite POTUS but he hit the nail on the head on this ... Trump may not win but hopefully his legal

"The American vote count is controlled by three major corporate players, Diebold, ESS, Sequoia, and a fourth, SAIC,
Science Applications International. All four are hard-wired into the Bush power structure, the Bush crime family.
"They have been given millions of dollars by the Bush regime to complete a sweeping computerization of voting machines
that were just used in the 2004 election. The technology involved had a trial run during the 2002 mid-term elections.
Georgia had Diebold machines in every precinct. As a result, a popular Democratic governor and senator were both
unseated in what the media called an "amazing" 16 percent swing.
"Diebold's Walden O'Dell, a top Bush fundraiser, publicly committed himself to delivering his home state Ohio's votes to
Bush. At Diebold, the election division is run by Bob Urosevich. Bob's brother, Todd, is a top executive at "rival"
ES&S. The brothers were originally staked by Howard Ahmanson, a member of the Council For National Policy, a right-wing
steering group stacked with Bush true believers. Ahmanson is also one of the bagmen behind the extremist Christian
Reconstruction Movement, which advocates the theocratic takeover of American democracy.
"The four companies are interconnected; they are not four "competitors". Ahmanson has large stakes in ES&S, whose former
CEO was Republican Senator Chuck Hagel of Nebraska. When Hagel ran for office, his own company counted the votes, and
his victory was considered "an amazing upset". Hagel still has a million dollar stake in ES&S.
"Sequoia is the corporate parent of a private equity firm, Madison Dearborn, which is partner in the Carlyle Group.

and through spinoffs by its top brass, including Admiral Bill Owens, former military aide to Dick Cheney, and Carlyle

prevented it from becoming one of the largest Pentagon and CIA contractors, and will doubtless encounter few obstacles

Elections In America - Assume Crooks Are In Control

Don't blame the poll workers in Florida. The facts, supported by voting machine experts and numerous newspaper articles,
have made it clear. Computerized voting machines that were certified by the state of Florida, caused most of the
problems in Florida's primary election. In the absence of paper ballots, the damage is now irreversible.
This was no accident. It's not new. And Florida is not alone.
"The concept is clear, simple, and it works. Computerized voting gives the power of selection, without fear of
discovery, to whomever controls the computer," wrote the authors of VoteScam (1992), James & Kenneth Collier (both now
deceased). It's a 'must read' book about how elections have been electronically and mechanically rigged in the United
States for decades, and with the knowing and sometimes unknowing support of media giants and government officials,
including... ironically... Janet Reno.
Only a few companies dominate the market for computer voting machines. Alarmingly, under U.S. federal law, no background
checks are required on these companies or their employees. Felons and foreigners can, and do, own computer voting
machine companies. Voting machine companies demand that clients sign 'proprietary' contracts to protect their trade
secrets, which prohibits a thorough inspection of voting machines by outsiders. And, unbelievably, it appears that most
election officials don't require paper ballots to back up or audit electronic election results. So far, lawsuits to
allow complete access to inspect voting machines, or to require paper ballots so that recounts are possible...have
failed.
As far as we know, some guy from Russia could be controlling the outcome of computerized elections in the United States.
In fact, Vikant Corp., a Chicago-area company owned by Alex Kantarovick, formerly of Minsk, Belorussia (also known as
White Russia, formerly U.S.S.R.), supplies the all-important 'control cards' to Election Systems & Software (ES&S), the
world's largest election management company, writes reporter Christopher Bollyn. According to ES&S, they have "handled
more than 40,000 of the world's most important events and elections. ES&S systems have counted approximately 60% of the
U.S. national vote for the past four presidential elections. In the U.S. 2000 general election, ES&S systems counted
over 100 million ballots."
Getting back to Kantarovich, he would not disclose where the control cards are made, except they aren't made in America,
writes Bollyn. Nor would he discuss his previous employment. Bollyn says he got some not-too-thinly-veiled threats from
Kantarovich.
Kantarovich sounds more like the Russian mafia, than a legitimate businessman.
But the really big deal is this....all of ES&S's touch screen machines contain modems, "allowing them to communicate -- and
be communicated with -- while they are in operation," reports Bollyn. That communication capability includes satellites.
"Even computers not connected to modems or an electronic network can still be manipulated offsite, not during the
election, but certainly before or after," says voting systems expert Dr. Rebecca Mercuri.
ES&S supplied the touch screens for Miami-Dade and Broward counties where the worst machine failures occurred. But the
debacle was nothing new for ES&S. Associated Press (AP) reporter Jessica Fargen wrote in June 2000, "Venezuela's
president and the head of the nation's election board accused ES&S of trying to destabilize the country's electoral
process. In the United States, four states have reported problems with equipment supplied by the company. Faulty ES&S
machines used in Hawaii's 1998 elections forced that state's first-ever recount."
Sequoia is another voting systems company that sends a cold chill down my spine. "Mob ties, bribery, felony convictions,
and threats of coercion are visible in the public record of the election services company," according to investigative
journalist and filmmaker Daniel Hopsicker, and reported in
Spotlight.com
.
Hopsicker says that Pasquale "Rocco" Ricci, a 65-year-old senior executive with Sequoia, and the firm's Louisiana
representative, recently pled guilty to passing out as much as $10 million dollars in bribes over the course of almost
an entire decade." According to American Law Education Rights & Taxation (ALERT), Ricci is the president of Sequoia
International, which also manufactures casino slot machines.
That's just great. Now, we could possibly have both the Russian mafia and the U.S. mafia involved in our elections.
In May 2002 Sequoia was bought by De La Rue, based in England. By their own estimate, De La Rue is "the world's largest
commercial security printer and papermaker, involved in the production of over 150 national currencies and a wide range
of security documents such as travelers checks and vouchers. Employing almost 7,000 people across 31 countries, (De La
Rue) is also a leading provider of cash handling equipment and software solutions to banks and retailers worldwide." And
they develop technology for secure passports, identity cards, and driver's licenses.
Okay, add Dr. Evil to the mix and be on the look-out for international money launderers, drug kingpins, and Nazis.
The Shoup Voting Solutions of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, has a reputation for rigging elections, wrote the late co-author
of VoteScam, Jim Collier. According to Collier, in 1979, Ransom Shoup II, the president of the firm, was convicted of
conspiracy and obstruction of justice stemming from an FBI investigation of a vote-fixing scam involving the
old-fashioned lever machines in Philadelphia."
These reports are just the tip of the iceberg. The numerous instances of U.S. voting systems error and fraud are
documented in a 1988 report for the U.S. Commerce Department entitled, "Accuracy, Integrity, and Security in
Computerized Vote-Tallying" by Roy G. Saltman, a computer consultant for the National Institute of Standards and
Technology's Computer Systems Laboratory. Many other experts and observers have been warning and complaining about these
problems for decades.
But complaints, warnings, reports, and books like "VoteScam," haven't deterred government officials like Pinellas County
(Florida) Commissioners Calvin Harris and County Judge Patrick Caddell. They told the St. Petersburg Times in October
2001 that they were aware that all of the voting machine companies had "problems in their pasts." But, Harris said, "We
have to look at this objectively and not get tied up into the emotions of, 'Some guy might be a crook."
Dear Commissioner Harris...when it comes to elections in America...assume crooks are in control...and then act
accordingly.

2:1 ratio for padding voted
They needed a sure thing and they needed to not have to spend much time
double-checking it.
If you look at the actual numbers of Bush's excess numbers 59.7 million in 2004 - 50.5
million in 2000 - that's 9.2 million voters. 6.1 million are white people and 3.1 million are
non-white. That means that Bush increased his minority vote by 69% which is bizarre -
but one has to figure that number out.(See my previous thread entitled Bush's Minority
Vote increased by 69%.)
Just looking at the exit polls, Bush's 12% minority share doesn't look that significant.
But if there wasn't a master code, then the chance of increasing the minority vote to
something that starts to really stand out increases dramatically because he had so few
minority voters to begin with.
So I think they had to make sure that the percent of white voters to
non-white voters was 2/3 - so if you add a few voters from a heavily minority district,
the code adds double that number of voters somewhere else in the system in a whiter
district. So that the "balance" is maintained.
Maybe I 'm way off base here, but that 2:1 white to non-white ratio really caught my
attention.

in spite of all the hoopla about the black vote, it appears * only got a 1-2% increase in black voters. and frankly...i'm
a little suspicious of even that small increase.
I think they have a computer model - basically a computer election game.
They had to have a sure thing so I am positive they used a program to test their theories prior to the election of what
it would take to throw the vote .
That way, if there is one overriding program, then a little tweaking here and there would result in adjustments
elsewhere to hide the changes - as I said, one minority vote flipped to Bush needs to be balanced by 2 white votes
flipped to Bush.
If I am right and we can find that game, we have the smoking gun.

I lived in Chicago for much of the 70s and 80s.
So, I witnessed the power of Mayor Daley's Democratic machine.
Its abuses were in plain sight for all to see: most notably, political patronage and vote
fraud think: voting rights for the deceased, "vote early and vote often", "walking around
money", mysteriously appearing boxes of ballots.
The hallmark of the Chicago machine was the 1960 Presidential election between Kennedy and
Nixon.
Fred Lucas, author of the

Elections , ranks Kennedy vs. Nixon as one of the top 5 "rigged Presidential elections".

Earl Mazo, a Washington reporter for the New York Herald Tribune, traveled to Chicago,
obtained a list of voters in the suspicious precincts, and began matching names with
addresses.
Mazo found a cemetery where the names on the tombstones were registered and

He also found a house that was completely gutted.
"There was nobody there. But there were 56 votes for [John F.] Kennedy in that
house."
Mazo found some similar dirty tricks perpetrated in other cities and states, but
"nothing on the scale of what happened in Chicago'.
Illinois state special prosecutor Morris Wexler, named to investigate charges of
election fraud in Chicago, indicted 677 election officials , but couldn't nail down
convictions with state Judge John Karns.
It wasn't until 1962, when an election worker confessed to witness tampering in
Chicago's 28th Ward, that three precinct workers pleaded guilty and served jail
sentences.
Pulitzer-winning journalist Seymour Hersh reported hearing tapes of FBI wiretaps about
potential election fraud. Hersh -- whose books indicate he is a fan of neither Kennedy nor
Nixon -- believed Nixon was the rightful winner .

Famously, Nixon told Mazo -- who was the only reporter seriously pursuing the story -- to
back off.
Nixon's rationale: "Our country cannot afford the agony of a constitutional crisis" in the
midst of the Cold War.
Now, there isn't a Cold War, but there is a pandemic.
What are the odds that President Trump will be so gracious?
Back in the days of Richard J. Daley and his vaunted Chicago Democratic Machine, the voting
come Election Day was micro-managed by his patronage precinct workers, he always won big, and
the results were never seriously challenged. Any Republican put on the ballot in November was
merely a lamb led to slaughter.
Daley had his army of thousands of loyal patronage city employees, who got their paycheck
from City Hall, signed by Daley, who worked the wards come election day, making sure people
voted for the Democrat of their choice, sometimes taking voters to the polling places if they
didn't have a ride.
In the poor black neighborhoods on the South Side, Daley's man was black U.S. Representative
William Dawson for twenty years, with his own machine of precinct workers who often escorted
people into the polling booths and showed them what levers to pull, sometimes giving them a few
bucks or some food for their hungry stomachs. For his ability to get out the vote for Daley,
Dawson was called the most power black politician in America, though most people outside
Chicago or Washington, D.C. didn't know who he was.
Dead people were so prized during election time that aldermen would fight over cemeteries in
redistricting of wards, to be able to deliver more votes and impress Boss Daley come Election
Day. In the famous 1960 election of John F. Kennedy to president, Daley was given credit as
kingmaker for delivering Chicago votes early and often for JFK, including many of his loyal
dead Democrats and Dawson's huge black turnout.
When Republicans screamed "Foul!" that Daley had stolen the election, he told them to take a
hike, pay for a recount if you like, which he knew they would never do. In Chicago, Daley was
in charge, and if they didn't like it, kiss my royal Irish ass. Nixon slinked away in defeat,
and Daley spent Inauguration Night in the White House with his beloved wife Eleanor "Sis."
When Dawson died in 1972 and Daley died in 1976, the wheels of the vaunted Democratic
Machine fell off, along with its ability to gather votes. This paved the way for the city's
first black Mayor, Harold Washington, who was able to win the Democratic primary with 36
percent of the vote, most of them coming from the black wards on the South and West Sides,
where his volunteers gathered votes, along with Latinos and Lake Front Liberals.
Harold won the general election in the fall, beating back Republican Bernard Epton, who was
supported by Daley's white Democratic aldermen, 51.7 to 48 percent, again most of it coming
from the black wards, where no one knew, or questioned, who was actually doing the voting, or
if those voters were legally eligible to vote, or alive, since the massive, poor black
neighborhoods contained tens of thousands who had no social security cards, drivers licenses,
mailing address. But they could still vote the Chicago way.
After Harold died suddenly in 1987, the registering and harvesting of black and poor votes
would be taken up by a radical, Marxist group, the Association of Community Organizations for
Reform Now (ACORN), who were there, they said, to empower and give voice to the poor and black
and disenfranchised, but really there to get their radical candidates elected.
As in other poor and black neighborhoods in cities across the country, ACORN volunteers
registered anyone live or dead they could find, including dogs and cats, babies, clerks in fast
food restaurants, people passed out in doorways, and submit the names to the elections offices,
often with the same signatures of the ACORN volunteers. They did the same in poor black cities
across the country.
In January, 1993, an article in Chicago Magazine featured the leader of ACORN's Project Vote
in Illinois, a young mixed-race Harvard educated lawyer named Barack Obama, who the article
said looked like he might be destined for greater things.
ACORN and its vote gatherers would be crucial to Barack's political career. When he was a
U.S. Senator, he told a conference of ACORN volunteers, "You know you've got a friend in me.
I've always been a partner with ACORN as well. I've been fighting alongside ACORN on issues you
care about my entire career."
In 2008, Barack's campaign paid ACORN $800,000 to help it with registering breathing and
unbreathing voters for his presidential bid. After the election, John McCain's campaign charged
that ACORN had stolen the election. Mitt Romney's people did the same in 2012, though by then
ACORN had filed for bankruptcy, having lost donations due to voter fraud and internal
embezzlement, it's voter registration drives taken up by former ACORN leaders.
Barack's people would dismiss both McCain's and Romney's charges as baseless, an attempt to
disenfranchise the poor and people of color who had fought so hard for the right to vote, or
someone to vote for them.
ACORN was not around in 2016 when Hillary suffered the devastating loss for the Democrats
against the populist Republican with the blonde combover. Barack and his Chicago pals, who were
by then running the Democratic Party along with Barack's godfather, billionaire Hungarian
George Soros, who had been trying for decades to take down American capitalist democracy and
create a globalist world, vowed it would never happen again.
They already had in their trick bag an electronic voting machine company – Dominion
Voting Systems –that the Obama Justice Department in 2010, under the guise of an
anti-trust action, had turned into the dominant player in electronic voting, and would become
an essential election tool of the new radical Democratic Party headed by Obama and Soros.
Dominion machines and software were capable of manipulating and changing voting results
within its algorithms. It was developed in Canada and promoted as a way to "mobilize" voters
who were inclined not to vote. A perfect tool for the radicals, taking ACORN's antiquated human
system of voter registration and voting into the tech age.
Within two weeks of the DOJ action in 2010, Dominion soon acquired an EVS company called
Sequoia, which was formally spun off from a parent named Smartmatic, a UK based EVS vendor
owned by Lord Mark Malloch Brown, a good friend of Soros' who sits on the board of George's $18
Open Society Foundations. Smartmatic software had been used by Caesar Chavez to "win" the
Venezuelan referendum in 2004. Soon after the Obama DOJ "anti-trust" action, and Dominion
acquired Smartmatic's assets, Dominion's share of the U.S. EVS market jumped to 50%.
Dominion would donate money to the Clinton Foundation, Hillary and Bill's pay for play scam
helped along by Soros, and a former staffer of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was hired as a
lobbyist. Barack and his Chicago pals would remain in the shadows.
In its move to get Dominion machines into Democratic run states, there would be
Chicago-style corruption, with state officials and/or their relatives getting kickbacks to
accept Dominion Voting Systems as their provider.
In the 2020 election, Dominion machines were in at least 24 states, including all the
battleground states of Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Michigan, where on election
night one county official caught 6,000 votes switched from Trump to Biden inside a voting
machine, which was caught and corrected.
But after 2016, Barack and George knew that Dominion alone would not be enough to swing the
upcoming election back to the Democrats, no matter who their candidate was. They would need
mail in ballots, and harvesters to get them to polling places, like ACORN had done.
So up would step Barack's 30,000-member Organizing for Action non-profit, which he mobilized
after Trump won. They would be sent out in the 2018 mid-terms to help guarantee Democratic
victories in strongholds California, Washington and Oregon and New York, and gave us the
radical socialists Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Ayanna
Pressley of Massachusetts and Rashida Tlaib of Michigan – the Squad – who would be
sent to Congress not to make laws, but to attack and confound the Republican establishment,
Alinsky-style.
But that was just a dry run for the Big Enchilada: regaining the White House in 2020 and
removing the capitalist with the blonde combover.
In 2019, before the coronavirus hit the country, Oregon Democratic U.S. Senator Ron Wyden
proposed a Vote by Mail Act, which would allow all states to send out mail-in ballots. The
Progressive states CA, WA, NY, IL, CO, OR, NV and Arizona had already been sending mail-in
ballots to their entire unverified voter lists that included people who had moved and many
deceased, and allowed for "voter harvesting" of those ballots by third parties, which had been
key to the Democrats taking control of the House in 2018.
Then in early 2020 a mysterious virus came from China, which Barack's network CNN told us
was the next Black Plague where millions would die, and his loyal governors and mayors, many
installed after 2016, declared states of emergency and shut down entire cities and states,
tossing millions into the fear of unemployment and the rest ordered to stay in their homes, or
"shelter in place."
In March, in the first month of the COVID-19 lockdown, Soros' OPS gave money to the Brennan
Center for Justice at the NYU School of Law, to come up with a plan for mail-in voting for all
America, to keep voters safe from the coronavirus during the November election. The Brennan
Center came back with a proposal for "universal vote-by-mail options for all voters," including
inactive and recently purged voters."
By September, over a hundred million mail-in ballots were sent out to unverified voting list
with dead people and those no longer living in the states, with stalwarts NY, IL, CO, CA, WA,
OR, MN, leading the way, and the "battleground" states of AZ, MI, NV, WI, PA, GA, with
Democratic legislature in states like PA changing laws that said signatures on the ballots
didn't have to match those on record.
There would be cries from Republicans, including Attorney General William Barr, that mail-in
ballots were ripe for corruption. But Barack would get up at the funeral of civil rights leader
John Lewis and preach that anyone against mail in ballots is a racist.
"Even as we sit here," he said from the pulpit on July 30 th , with Lewis'
flag-draped coffin before him, and Bill Clinton and Nancy Pelosi two of the few white faces in
the pews, "there are people in power who are doing their darndest to discourage people from
voting by closing polling locations, and targeting minorities with restricted ID laws and
attacking our voting rights with surgical precision, even undermining the postal service in the
run up to an election." He got a standing ovation from the mourners.
Meanwhile, his Organizing for Action minions went to work harvesting ballots, thousands from
poor and black districts like in the ACORN days, voting many of them themselves. More than 100
million ballots – 43 percent of the electorate – were sent in early, most dropped
in drop boxes, before election day.
Most were marked for Joe Biden, sent in weeks before the second debate when Joe's early
dementia came to national light, when he said he was going to end the fossil fuel economy, and
news of his son Hunter's laptop, which detailed the tens of millions of dollars he made from
foreign governments in kickbacks for access to his father, including China and Russia and
Ukraine.
But Barack's media and his fact-checkers in Big Tech giants Google, Twitter and Facebook
would suppress Joe's dementia and his son's corruption, so maybe that didn't matter anyway.
Much of Trump's base would go to the polls election day, despite the coronavirus scare, and
he would get eight million more votes than he did in 2016. But Joe would receive more votes
than any candidate in history, even more than Barack.
On election night, in the battleground states, the Dominion software kicked in, switching
votes from Trump to Biden, counting Biden votes multiple times while not counting Trump votes,
opening a "back door" in the software to allow votes to enter after the system was shut
down.
In corrupted cities like Philadelphia and Detroit – every bit as sleazy as Chicago
– Biden ballots were run through Dominion machines multiple times and Republican poll
watchers were bulled away from watching by Democratic machine hacks.
In Pennsylvania, Trump's lawyers would later say that there were 632,000 illegal votes
counted for Biden that either were not inspected, as required by law, or the envelopes were
thrown away and no signatures compared. Tens of thousands of mail-in ballots were backdated so
they qualified.
In Detroit, the voting was stopped when Trump was ahead and 100,000 ballots were brought in
at 4 a.m. and counted, all for Biden. There were allegedly 10,000 people who don't live in
Nevada who voted there. Ten thousand dead people voted in Michigan alone. Ballot harvesting in
nursing homes in Pennsylvania alone involved 25,000 residents. Trump's lawyers would get
thousands of affidavits on poll watchers being kept from observing the voting, and on and
on.
None of the corruption would be reported on by Barack's loyal media. When Trump tweeted that
their was massive election fraud, his tweet was deleted. CNN anchors got on the next day and in
there most sincere faces told its viewers there was no evidence of fraud. The New York Times
ran a banner headline – The Times Called Officials in Every State: No Evidence of Voter
Fraud.
Barack got on 60 Minutes that Sunday to promote his new book The Promised Land, and sitting
before the portrait of Abraham Lincoln said in his most diplomatic, philosophical tones that
the president should have conceded the next day, for the good of the country. He and
interviewer Scott Pelly agreed that the allegations of fraud were dividing the country and
giving America a bad name in the world.
Joe Biden would go ahead and declare himself the winner, as the media had, before the
results were official, and proceed to announce is transition team, while Trump's lawyers filed
their lawsuits.
And somewhere up above, or maybe it was from down below, the congratulatory chuckle of Mayor
Richard J. Daley could be heard, knowing he had been completely out sleazed.
The elections of 1876, 1888, 1960 and 2000 were among the most contentious in American
history. In each case, the losing candidate and party dealt with the disputed results
differently.
1876: A compromise that came at a price
By 1876 – 11 years after the end of the Civil War – all the Confederate states
had been readmitted to the Union, and Reconstruction was in full swing. The Republicans were
strongest in the pro-Union areas of the North and African-American regions of the South, while
Democratic support coalesced around southern whites and northern areas that had been less
supportive of the Civil War. That year, Republicans nominated Ohio Gov. Rutherford B. Hayes,
and Democrats chose New York Gov. Samuel Tilden.
But on Election Day, there was widespread voter
intimidation against African-American Republican voters throughout the South. Three of
those Southern states – Florida, Louisiana and South Carolina – had
Republican-dominated election boards. In those three states, some initial results seemed to
indicate Tilden victories. But due to widespread allegations of intimidation and fraud, the
election boards invalidated
enough votes to give the states – and their electoral votes – to Hayes. With the
electoral votes from all three states, Hayes would win a 185-184 majority in the Electoral
College.
Competing sets of election returns and electoral votes were sent to Congress to be counted
in January 1877, so Congress voted to create a bipartisan
commission of 15 members of Congress and Supreme Court justices to determine how to
allocate the electors from the three disputed states. Seven commissioners were to be
Republican, seven were to be Democrats, and there would be one independent, Justice David Davis
of Illinois.
But in a political
scheme that backfired , Davis was chosen by Democrats in the Illinois state legislature to
serve in the U.S. Senate. (Senators weren't chosen by voters until 1913.) They'd hoped to win
his support on the electoral commission. Instead, Davis resigned from the commission and was
replaced by Republican Justice Joseph Bradley, who proceeded to join an 8-7 Republican majority
that awarded all the disputed electoral votes to Hayes.
Democrats decided not to argue with that final result due to the " Compromise
of 1877 ," in which Republicans, in return for getting Hayes in the White House, agreed to
an end to Reconstruction and military occupation of the South.
Hayes had an ineffective, one-term presidency, while the compromise ended up destroying any
semblance of African-American political clout in the South. For the next century, southern
legislatures, free from northern supervision, would implement laws discriminating against
blacks and restricting their ability to vote.
1888: Bribing blocks of five
In 1888, Democratic President Grover Cleveland of New York ran for reelection against former
Indiana U.S. Sen. Benjamin Harrison.
Back then, election ballots in most states were printed, distributed by political parties
and cast publicly. Certain voters, known as " floaters
," were known to sell their votes to willing buyers.
Harrison had appointed an Indiana lawyer, William Wade Dudley, as treasurer of the
Republican National Committee. Shortly before the election, Dudley sent a letter to Republican
local leaders in Indiana with promised funds and instructions for how to divide receptive
voters into " blocks of
five " to receive bribes in exchange for voting the Republican ticket. The instructions
outlined how each Republican activist would be responsible for five of these "floaters."
Democrats got a copy of the letter and publicized it widely in the days leading up to the
election. Harrison ended up winning Indiana by only about 2,000 votes but still would have won
in the Electoral College without the state.
Cleveland actually won the national popular vote by almost
100,000 votes. But he lost his home state, New York, by about 1 percent of the vote, putting
Harrison over the top in the Electoral College. Cleveland's loss in New York may have also been
related to vote-buying schemes
.
Cleveland did not contest the Electoral
College outcome and won a rematch against Harrison four years later, becoming the only
president to serve nonconsecutive terms of office. Meanwhile, the blocks-of-five scandal led to
the nationwide adoption of secret ballots for voting.
1960: Did the Daley machine deliver?
The 1960 election
pitted Republican Vice President Richard Nixon against Democratic U.S. Sen. John F.
Kennedy.
The popular vote was the closest of the 20th century, with Kennedy defeating Nixon
by only
about 100,000 votes – a less than 0.2 percent difference.
Because of that national spread – and because Kennedy officially defeated Nixon by
less than 1 percent in five states (Hawaii, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico) and
less than 2 percent in Texas – many Republicans
cried foul . They fixated on two places in particular – southern Texas and Chicago,
where a political machine led by Mayor Richard Daley allegedly churned out just enough votes to
give Kennedy the state of Illinois. If Nixon had won Texas and Illinois, he would have had an
Electoral College majority.
While Republican-leaning newspapers proceeded to investigate and conclude that voter fraud
had occurred in both states,
Nixon did not contest the results . Following the example of Cleveland in 1892, Nixon ran
for president again in 1968 and won.
2000: The hanging chads
In 2000, many states were still using the punch card ballot, a voting system created in the
1960s. Even though these ballots had a
long history of machine malfunctions and missed votes, no one seemed to know or care
– until all Americans suddenly realized that the outdated technology had created a
problem in Florida.
Then, on Election Day, the national media discovered that a "
butterfly ballot ," a punch card ballot with a design that violated Florida state law, had
confused thousands of voters in Palm Beach County.
Many who had thought they were voting for Gore unknowingly voted for another candidate or
voted for two candidates. (For example, Reform Party candidate Pat Buchanan received about 3,000
votes from voters who had probably intended to vote for Gore.) Gore ended up losing the
state to Bush by
537 votes – and, in losing Florida, lost the election.
But ultimately, the month-long
process to determine the winner of the presidential election came down to an issue of
"hanging chads."
Over 60,000 ballots in
Florida, most of them on punch cards, had registered no vote for president on the punch card
readers. But on many of the punch cards, the little pieces of paper that get punched out when
someone votes – known as chads – were still hanging by one, two or three corners
and had gone uncounted. Gore went to court to have those ballots counted by hand to try to
determine voter intent, as allowed by state law. Bush fought Gore's request in court. While
Gore won in the Florida State Supreme Court, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled at 10 p.m. on Dec. 12 that
Congress had set a deadline of that date for states to choose electors, so there was no more
time to count votes.
The national drama and trauma that followed Election Day in 1876 and 2000 could be repeated
this year. Of course, a lot will depend on the margins and how the candidates react.
Most eyes will be on Trump, who hasn't said whether or not he'll accept the result if he
loses. On election night, he announced he had won before all the votes
had been counted in a number of battleground states.

CHICAGO -- You can still vote early in Chicago, but "voting often" is pretty much a thing of the past, some experts say.
Chicago is famous for its history of people voting from the grave and for helping President John F. Kennedy
"steal"
the 1960 election
. (JFK beat Richard Nixon by 9,000 votes in Illinois by capturing what some considered a suspiciously
high 450,000 advantage in Cook County.)
The city's election history is even crazier than most people realize, though, with Republican feuds leading to homes being
bombed and names being stolen from tombstones just to get extra votes for the "Democratic Machine."
The city's old "reputation is true, or at least partially true," said Dick Simpson, a political science professor at the
University of Illinois at Chicago.

During the 1928 primary election, shootings and bombings were used to frighten and eliminate opponents. That election --
which saw
two
political figures killed and 62 bombings,
including one at the home of a senator and Cook County State's Attorney
candidate -- became known as the "Pineapple Primary," using the slang term "pineapple" for a grenade.
It was Mayor Anton Cermak, the first in an unbroken stream of Democratic mayors since 1931, who created what would became
known as the infamous "Democratic Machine," said Bob Crawford, a now-retired journalist who covered city politics for
decades for WBBM-AM and was considered the dean of the City Hall press corps. The Machine ensured voters picked the right
candidates, and the people who worked in it weren't shy about using money, bribes or fake identities to get votes for
Democrats.
Through decades of organization, the Machine would become a "monolithic political organization that crisscrossed racial and
ethnic boundaries in the city," Crawford said. The Machine's operators took advantage of cynicism among voters, who figured
they at least had clean water and other necessities thanks to the Machine-backed candidates, leading to systemic fraud,
Crawford said.
And the people involved in the Machine didn't just cheat to win -- they cheated so they could get major victories that could
give their candidates a "mandate" and discourage potential opponents from rival parties from running for office.

The Machine operated for decades, but it was Mayor Richard J. Daley (who held office from 1955 to 1976) who mastered it,
Crawford said.
"It was Cermak who got the credit for actually creating what came to be known as the Democratic Machine," Crawford said.
"Daley got the credit for turning it into an art form."
In fact, Robert F. Kennedy once said Daley was "the whole ballgame" -- meaning if candidates had Daley and his Machine on
their side, they could carry all of Illinois, Crawford said.
Notably, the Daley-era Machine has been said to have "stolen" the presidential election for JFK, Robert's older brother,
through voter fraud. (Republicans in suburban Lake and DuPage counties tried to steal the vote, too, Crawford and
Simpson said, and they think Kennedy probably would have won Illinois anyway.)
Here are a few of the tricks the Machine used:
• Electoral rolls are supposed to keep track of who is registered to vote. The rolls would be rigged so dead people's names
still appeared on them, Crawford said, meaning others could vote for the candidate of their choice in the dead person's
name.
Sometimes, people working for the Machine would even go into cemeteries and take the names off of tombstones, then go back
and fill out voter registration cards with the dead person's names as if they were still alive, Crawford said.
• Election judges are supposed to keep an eye out for anything fishy at the polls. Republicans had a small presence in the
city, though, and it was difficult to find Republican volunteers for the post, Crawford said.
Democrats would pretend to be Republicans and would volunteer, meaning there were actually two Democrats at polling places.
Officers who provided security got their jobs from the Machine and weren't going to say anything about what happened,
Crawford said.
• People would be promised $5, a warm meal or a drink at the local pub to vote for the "right" people, said Crawford and
Simpson.
Sometimes, the precinct captain would steal a ballot, mark it and give it to someone to turn in, Simpson said. That person
would then bring the blank ballot they'd been given at the polling place back to the captain, who'd fill it out for the
next person to come in, and so on.
An old

boss, Ed Quigley,
once told Crawford he had a special way to make sure people voted the right way: When a voter would
go behind a curtain to cast his or her ballot, they had to move to to one side to vote for a Democrat or the other side to
vote for a Republican. Quigley would look under the curtain at the voter's feet to make sure they were on the Democratic
side, Crawford said.
• No Republicans to watch for suspicious activity in the precinct? The Democratic precinct captain would just vote for
people who didn't come in, Simpson said.
• Ward committeemen would go to nursing homes and "help" senior people with marking absentee ballots by holding the voter's
hand, Crawford said. Nursing homes would cooperate because they needed a good relationship with the city, which inspects
them, he said.

After Daley's death in office in 1976, the Machine gradually began to lose power, Crawford said.
In 1983, Mayor
Harold
Washington created the city's first Freedom of Information law,
allowing journalists and others to obtain and analyze
records. Independent reformers also filed complaints in federal courts and judges ruled they should be able to observe
precincts on election days, Crawford said.
The "new set of eyes" from those two changes made a "huge difference" because officials couldn't hide as much, Crawford
said. A

into fraudulent registrations,
which won a Pulitzer Prize, also forced reform in the city.
A lot has changed since those days, said James Allen, the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners spokesman. The Illinois
Voter Registration System examines the state's voter rolls to look for people registered more than once, and it checks
records to remove people who have died.
An electronic roll book keeps people from voting twice, Allen said, and there's a paper trail for every ballot that's cast.
Poll watchers still keep an eye on voting places.
In the last 10 years, there have been 9 million ballots cast, Allen said, and only 10 of them were referred to the State's
Attorney's Office for suspicious activity. None of that resulted in the change of any election outcome, he said.
It's "not exactly the same system our parents and our grandparents had when they had giant paper poll books and lever
machines," Allen said. "It's a little different now than the early '80s or '70s or the '60s, and thank goodness for that."
And as for the claim that Chicagoans "vote early and vote often" -- at least the first part is true, Allen said.
"Early voting is open now ...," Allen said. "But often? No."

Here's a voter fraud myth: Richard Daley 'stole' Illinois for John Kennedy in the 1960 election

President Trump has chartered a Commission on Election Integrity to investigate his claim that millions of voters,
including undocumented immigrants, voted illegally in 2016. Although no evidence has been offered to support this
allegation, it does evoke some popular histories of election fraud in the United States.
One of the most famous examples --
cited
by
proponents of Trump's commission -- is the 1960 presidential election, when Chicago Mayor Richard J. Daley allegedly
"stole" Illinois for the Democratic presidential campaign of John F. Kennedy.
But the story of the stolen 1960 election rests on several myths. When myths are replaced with evidence, it's not clear
that the election was stolen at all.
Popular accounts sometimes claim that winning Illinois was what put Kennedy in the White House. For example, in a
recent
op-ed
, Virginia State Sen. Richard Black (R) claims that "Mayor Daley's corrupt machine delivered huge tallies for
Democrats, changing the election outcome."

But Illinois didn't change the national outcome. Although the 1960 election was the closest since 1884 according to the
popular
vote,
Kennedy's margin in the electoral college was more than large enough to survive the loss of Illinois.
Kennedy won 303 electoral votes; his Republican opponent Richard Nixon won 219. (The remaining 15 electors voted for
segregationist Democrat Harry Byrd.) If Illinois's 27 electoral votes shifted from Kennedy to Nixon, Kennedy would still
have won, with 276 votes to Nixon's 246. Only 269 were needed to win in 1960 (vs. 270 today).
A more accurate claim is that Nixon would have won, with 270 electoral votes, if he had flipped both Illinois and Texas.
But Texas wasn't nearly as close as Illinois. While Kennedy won Illinois by just 8,858 votes (0.2 percent), he won
Texas, the home state of his running mate Lyndon Johnson, by 46,627 votes (2 percent). Out of the 22 states that Kennedy
won, there were seven that he won more narrowly than Texas.
Myth 2: Kennedy's margin of victory in Cook County was extraordinary
Another myth, alluded to in Black's op-ed, is that Kennedy's margin of victory in Cook County, where Daley chaired the
Democratic Central Committee, was "huge" or even impossible without fraud. In fact, Kennedy's margin was pretty typical
for the time and about what he should have expected.

Kennedy's margin in Cook County is sometimes
overstated
as 450,000 votes
(or more precisely 456,312), but that figure is limited to the city of Chicago. Cook County also
includes a large suburban area, which Nixon won. Across all of Cook County, Kennedy's margin was 318,736 votes.
For comparison, Dwight Eisenhower had won Cook County by a similar margin in 1956 (315,402 votes). In 1964, Lyndon
Johnson would win Cook County by more than twice as many votes (641,463).
Of course, 1956 and 1964 were landslides. How did Kennedy rack up such a margin in a squeaker like 1960? The key is Cook
County's demographics, which were very favorable to Kennedy. Thirty-nine percent of Cook County residents were Catholic,
and 20 percent were black. Black and Catholic voters heavily favored Kennedy, who was Catholic and had recently helped
to secure Martin Luther King Jr.'s release from a Georgia prison.
Given Cook County's demographics, Kennedy's margin was about what he should have expected. I built a simple statistical
model that predicted the 1960 election results in every U.S. county outside the South using four factors: the results of
the 1956 election, the county's 1960 population size, and the fraction of residents who were black or Catholic. In Cook
County, the model predicted Kennedy's results within half a percent. You don't need fraud to explain how Kennedy got the
numbers that he did.
Myth 3: Daley held back votes
Part of the legend of 1960 is that Daley held back results from Cook County until he knew exactly how many votes were
needed to offset Nixon's margins "downstate" (outside Cook County).

questioned whether this really happened. He reviewed written accounts of the 1960 election and found
little agreement on when results from Cook County or downstate were released.

, Chicago and Cook County actually come in ahead of the rest of the state.

, two-thirds of Chicago's precincts had reported, compared to just half statewide. When the Republican
Chicago Tribune
went
to press
, 79 percent of Cook County's 5,199 precincts were in vs. just 62 percent of Illinois's 10,015 precincts
overall. A little after
7
a.m. Eastern
, NBC reported that 850 (8.5 percent) of Illinois precincts were still out, vs. just 400 (7.7 percent)
of Cook County precincts, and 200 (5.3 percent) of precincts in Chicago.
If Chicago and Cook County reported early, they can't have been used to erase Nixon's lead. In fact, Nixon never led,
and it was Kennedy's lead that shrank as the night went on.
At
12:30 a.m.
, Kennedy led by 290,000 votes. When the Chicago Tribune
went
to press
, Kennedy's led by 85,000 votes. His final margin was 8,858. It was Nixon, not Kennedy, who benefited from
votes that came in late.
None of this means there was no fraud in Illinois. The fact that simple demographics can predict the vote within half a
percent offers small comfort when the winning margin was 0.2 percent. It wouldn't take a massive fraud to swing an
election that close. Just a little would do.
One way to bring fraud to light is with a recount, and there is a
persistent
myth
that there was no recount in Cook County. In fact, there were
two
recounts
-- one in November 1960, before the state vote was certified, and one after Kennedy's inauguration in 1961.
According to
Kallina's
history
, both recounts whittled Kennedy's margin in Cook County, but not by enough to erase his lead statewide.
Dissatisfied Republicans pointed out that some forms of fraud -- such as buying or coercing votes -- were not the kind
that could be corrected by simply recounting the votes. Democrats countered that the downstate counties, which hadn't
been recounted, might have had fraud favoring Nixon, but Democrats did not offer evidence to support their accusation.

We may never know who received the most votes the 1960 election in Illinois. But the available evidence suggests that
there wasn't enough fraud, at least in the counting, to give Illinois to Kennedy. And in any case Kennedy didn't need
Illinois to win the White House.

developed fraud detection models for major U.S. banks.
You misunderstand how scorecard works. It intercepts the data on the way to server and
changes it. The NSA has access to all internet traffic and most likely a back door that
allows them to defeat encryption. Recently, some hackers discovered a back door in RSA keys
which are used to encrypt internet traffic. It was patched but I'm sure there was either
another way in or a new one created. Since all data is transmitted to a known server they
would intercept all traffic to the server and modify it. TCP/IP is a protocol that has
nothing to do the originating operating system. By the way, although not necessary for
scorecard to work, many voting machines are connected to the internet. In a recent
independent audit the machines examined, which run Windows 10, were unpatched and open to
many know vulnerabilities. Windows 10 a virus in it's own right, connects to Microsoft
hundreds of times a day and transmits god knows what information. They also had unauthorized
software installed indicating that local users had administrative rights to the system.
Another little known fact is that modern Intel processors have their own cell modem. So even
without an internet connection it is still possible to hack into a computer. Since the
connection is low level, intrusion prevention software is unaware of the unauthorized
entry.
If anyone can provide any details as exactly when this took place, where and any detail as
to who the people are in this video please comment and I'll fill in the details.

The General described "Hammer" and "Scorecard," a pair of programs initially designed for

What we're seeing happening in Michigan and Wisconsin have all of the trademarks of a
"Hammer" and "Scorecard" operation.
Voter fraud is happening right now. We all know it; one would be hard pressed to find a
single American on either side of the aisle who would not acknowledge that it's taking place.
Around half the country realizes (or is willing to admit) it's happening in favor of
Democrats, but very few realize just how deep this particular rabbit hole goes.
A CIA program known as "Scorecard" allows its users to change voting outcomes by hacking
into the transfer between local reporting stations and state or national data centers.
According to McInerney, it's a small amount, under 3%, to keep it from triggering any
alarms. He would know. He served in top military positions under the Secretary of Defense and
the Vice President of the United States.
Using software for elections is a grave error, if you want a honest and reliable count.
Paper ballots filled in under supervision at a polling place after an ID check are relatively
secure and can be recounted.

The government's head of cyber security declared the Hammer and Scorecard theory to be
"nonsense."
As evidence of 2020 meddling, the theory cites CNN election night coverage of the 2019
Kentucky governor's race that briefly shows inconsistent results in favor of the Democrat,
who ultimately won by more than 5,000 votes.
There is no indication of voter fraud in the 2019 Kentucky governor's race.
Some fans of President Donald Trump are sharing the theory that a package of CIA computer
programs have hacked the 2020 election. One program, called Hammer, cracks into protected
networks, while another, called Scorecard, changes vote totals.
Pamela Geller, a right-wing activist and Trump supporter, has posted more than one piece
about Hammer and Scorecard. On Nov. 9, her website Geller Report offered an item headlined, "
HAMMER / Scorecard Voter Software Fraud in Real Time ."
Geller offered a video clip taken from
CNN's 2019 election coverage of the Kentucky governor's race that she called, "Vote switching
right in front of your eyes."
Geller's post was flagged as part of Facebook's efforts to combat false news and
misinformation on its News Feed. (Read more about our partnership with Facebook
.)
Before we dive in, let's be clear that independent election security researchers see no
evidence that Hammer and Scorecard exist, and the head of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency , a government
body created by President Donald Trump in 2018, has said this theory of election interference
is " nonsense ."
With that, let's look at the CNN evidence that Geller takes to be telling.
Dissecting CNN
Kentucky election coverage
The video consists of a
man giving a running commentary on shifting result totals in the 2019 Kentucky governor's race
in which Democrat Andy Beshear defeated incumbent Republican Matt Bevin. At one key moment in
CNN's live broadcast, the vote totals change inconsistently.
A large graphic shows Beshear with a total of 674,508, while a smaller running total at the
bottom of the screen gives him 673,948. According to the man giving the commentary, the total
at the bottom of the screen runs behind the more current one on the larger graphic. In that
light, a difference of 560 votes makes sense. The one on the bottom has yet to catch up.
But at the same moment, Bevin's totals show 661,675 on the large graphic, while the one at
the bottom shows 662,235. That's 560 votes less than the most up-to-date one on the big
graphic. In the view of Geller and the man speaking on the video, the fraud is obvious.
"You have just seen 25% of the loss amount of this race happen in front of your very eyes,"
the man giving the commentary said.
Two election security experts we reached were unimpressed.
No sign of Hammer and
Scorecard
"The broader issue here is that the election night results are not official," said
Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor Charles Stewart III. "There's a post-election
canvas period when results are checked and mistakes spotted and corrected."
Stewart said there's a key flaw in the theory that the purported software package of Hammer
and Scorecard could intercept the digital transmission of vote results and change them. He said
the states that do send data that way also keep the data tapes of votes from the original
machines.
"The results only become official after the election department has compared the paper tapes
-- which are immune to supposed hack -- to the initially transferred results," Stewart
said.
The CNN election night results are "the sports aspect of elections, not the binding
results," said statistics professor at the University of California-Berkeley Philip Stark.
Stark cautioned that no election system comes with 100% ironclad protection against
hacking.
"Nothing is perfect, and they are all vulnerable," Stark said. He advocates for greater use
of paper ballots and careful post-election audits.
But that said, Stark sees no evidence that any results have been altered in this election or
past ones. Regarding the CNN inconsistencies, he noted that CNN contracted for the data feed
from a third party vendor. That puts CNN's number even further removed from the official
tally.
Stark said nothing in the CNN example holds up.
"That's not how anyone would hack an election," Stark said. "If you really wanted to change
the total, you would not change it on election night, where everyone could see it. You would
change it in the voting tabulation system."
And for those who think Hammer and Scorecard were deployed in the 2020 election, Stark said
that raises the question of why skeptics look only at the presidential race.
"If the motivation was to put the Democrats in power, why didn't they flip the Senate?"
Stark posed. "Biden will have a hard time without the Senate. Why would you leave the job half
done?"
One of the main promoters of the Hammer and Scorecard theory is a
discredited military contractor who claims to have created them.
We asked Geller to respond to the issues raised above. She didn't address the specific
matters but said that she sees ample evidence of fraud, including "eyewitness accounts of tens
of thousands of ballots coming in the back door (that) should give even you pause, despite your
baked-in far-left bias."
Geller said that a 2019 CNN video clip shows the work of purported CIA-built hacking
software Hammer and Scorecard in action. The clip shows a momentary glitch in election night
totals.
The head of the government agency created by Trump to protect against cyber attacks called
the Hammer and Scorecard theory, "nonsense."
Election security experts said election night totals are distinct from official results, and
post-Election Day vetting by state officials catches discrepancies between local results and
totals calculated at the central office. They also noted that if someone truly wanted to steal
an election, the example Geller cited makes no practical sense.

This is the type of blockbuster information the left and even many on the right refuse to
report. We see with our own eyes how "Hammer" and "Scorecard" are being used in Wisconsin and
Michigan. Will the President let it fly?
The day before the election, General McInerney spoke to Two Mikes about the details
surrounding "Scorecard" and called on the White House and the Trump campaign to take action
before voting started.
Gen McInerney first broke the story on March 19th, 2017 on Dr Dave Janda's Operation Freedom
podcast, including the fact that John Brennan, James Clapper, Robert Mueller and James Comey
were directly involved with Barack Obama in operating The Hammer as a means of leverage and
blackmail their targets. Within moments of this broadcast, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were
texting each other about it, as seen in their declassified texts!
The following day, on March 20, 2017, Comey perjured himself when he testified before the
House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence that the FBI Counterintelligence Division had
"no information" to support Trump's tweet claiming that President Obama had "wiretapped"
him.
The Deep State is completely desperate to keep a lid on The Hammer. Since November 2019,
former CIA officer, Kevin Shipp has been using platforms like Greg Hunter's USA Watchdog to
claim that The Hammer is a fraudulent psyop that pushed its way up to Gen Michael Flynn's the
defense team, with the potential of jeopardizing the credibility of his case.
Also, Shipp recently started telling everybody that Q is a nefarious psyop, coinciding with
the exact moment when Congress voted to condemn QAnon and its believers – and at just the
same moment that YouTube de-platformed dozens of our favorite creators and that Twitter and
Facebook terminated thousands of users' accounts.
Here's how nuclear it is on Facebook: When someone asked me about QAnon, I answered with 3
words: "Q is real" and I was instantaneously locked out of my account for 12 hours for making a
post associated with "domestic terrorism"!
I always liked Shipp but sadly, I can only conclude that he is a disinformant. Maybe they
used The Hammer on him
On September 21, 2020, 30-year NSA veteran, Bill Binney tweeted, "@Kevin_Shipp posted a
message today implying I changed my mind about the Hammer program. he did this without talking
to me. point is I have not changed my mind on this subject. it still needs to be investigated
by AG Barr and Durham."
As for James Comey, we know that he's been aware of The Hammer since at least August 19,
2015, when Montgomery gave 47 hard drives containing over 600 million pages of documents to his
office. Montgomery had become a whistleblower upon seeing firsthand how the Obama
administration had turned The Hammer against Americans. He received two limited immunity
agreements in exchange for evidence production and testimony.
Montgomery says the Obama White House provided 1,200 preloaded Blackberry devices to trusted
Obama insiders, including to Hunter Biden and that the FBI and DOJ are in possession of this
body of evidence. This would indicate that they have long been aware of Hunter and Joe Biden's
espionage activities, such as the sale of a US military technology manufacturer to the CCP via
Hunter's private equity company, Bohai Harvest.
Montgomery says the 1,200 BlackBerry devices, similar to those used by Obama and Hillary
communicated over a closed encrypted secure network, known as PIN-to-PIN messaging that did not
traverse the Internet, operating directly off The Hammer network. Each of those devices could
access The Hammer Vault, a secret database of The Hammer's illegally-collected data, including
corporate and military intellectual property and US Defense secrets, accessible only to Obama
team insiders.
Montgomery's 600 million pages of documents show that for more than four years before the
2016 election, four contractors working for the Obama Administration's FBI illegally surveilled
American citizens. Moreover, the FISA court was made aware of this and has communicated its
findings to the Justice Department.
SCORECARD
Yesterday on the War Room, Gen McInerney revealed that the Obama administration added an
application to The Hammer called Scorecard, which he says, "Changes votes at a certain point in
the voting stream – and by the way, the Obama administration used it in the 2012
Elections in Florida and both Obama and Biden are very familiar with this.
In their article published at TheAmericanReport.org on October 31, 2020, Mary Fanning and
Alan Jones report :
"The Obama administration illegally commandeered The Hammer and Scorecard. They moved The
Hammer to Fort Washington, Maryland on February 3, 2009. The Obama White House had an encrypted
VPN in order to access The Hammer at will.
"On December 20, 2015, as part of a summary of information disclosed in The Whistleblower
Tapes, The American Report revealed the following on The American Report's official Facebook
page:
"Florida voter registration disk removed and new disk inserted for redistricting via "The
Hammer" computer system in Fort Washington Maryland via Navy Intel cover (they stole the
Florida election via re-districting in Florida? How many other states did Brennan and Clapper
do this?)"
Gen McInerney continues, "They used [Scorecard] in the Primaries and Bernie lost to Biden
So, it is ready to go. I just found out about this yesterday. Sidney [Powell] played a very
important role in assisting me and [journalists] Mary Fanning and Alan Jones in trying to get
the word out, so the American people know all this enthusiasm you're talking about in
Pennsylvania gets changed very quickly with this software program [Scorecard] that switches 3%
of the votes."
McInerney was in the US Air Force for 35 years, where he had an extensive operational career
and retired as the Number Three man. He says, "I'm currently in the cloud business now and
that's why I'm so intimately familiar with what Hammer and Scorecard can do. And nobody knows
it."
Bannon then says, "Hammer was the single most important and the single most sophisticated,
basically system that came up after 9/11 for intelligence or really counterintelligence about
Radical Islamic jihad and the ability to monitor that. Is that the beginning of how this
started? It was a foreign surveillance system that allowed the National Security and
intelligence apparatus to watch our enemies. Is that how this thing started?"
McInerney replies, "That's how it started, Steve. Very sophisticated. Very, very capable. It
was then adopted with the software packages, like on your iPhone, to the voting business. And
it was used in foreign countries. It was then moved over to the CIA and they started looking at
US Citizens. That is illegal. The CIA cannot look at US Citizens. Only the FBI, with the proper
FISA warrants, etc. Sidney knows all about this. You know all about this.
"And it is extremely important, that this was taken out of the CIA when the Obama
administration left. They used some kabuki to get it out. They still have it up and running. We
know where it is located. It's active tonight, it's active, they've been looking at a whole
host of things – as has the DNC, using false IPs – and they are looking around and
they are trying to set up this voting thing that happens on Tuesday night.
"It's gonna look good for President Trump but they're gonna change it. And that's the danger
that America and everybody must realize."
Bannon asks Gen McInerney, "Dennis Montgomery he was being rounded up at his house. He had
47 hard drives I think, he had taken from Fort Meade. How does Dennis Montgomery fit into the
story?"
"He's a genius," Gen McInerney responds. "And he loves America. Dennis invented The Hammer.
Dennis invented Scorecard. He's the programmer that made all of this happen. And he's on our
side, at great personal risk, as well as he hasn't benefited financially from it. He's an
absolute genius. So, he's extremely important to what's going on.
"It would have happened in 2016, Steve, except something happened to it that night, when the
Obama crowd and the Democrats tried to use it. I can't talk about that."
Bannon responds that when he first heard of it, Project Hammer was so compartmented that
just the name of the project, itself was classified. He says, given that Gen McInerney is
claiming, two days before the 2020 Election, that the DNC is going to try to steal it and given
the large amount of Left Wing media watching the podcast, he asks Sidney Powell why this isn't
a 'tinfoil hat conspiracy theory'?
Sidney replies, "Well, Gen McInerney has been talking about it for at least three years. A
separate source came to me, completely unconnected out of Dallas, that had identified computer
replacement of votes and there's a story out about that, from more than a year ago. And then,
now, it's coming up again. We've got more verification.
"The point is, the reason this is all happening is because there are trillions of dollars at
stake. The Globalists, the Communists, the Marxists, the Chinese Communist Party want to
control the world and the power and the dollars that go with it. And hey have to destroy the
independence of We, the People and the freedom and leadership of the United States to do that.
That's their last big target. We are the end of the line for liberty and freedom and any
semblance of justice.
"They will spend any amount of money. They are willing to do absolutely anything to try to
continue the graft and corruption that all of the evidence that's now just coming out against
Joe Biden exemplifies. It wasn't just Joe Biden. It's probably 80% of our public officials, at
least in the Federal Government and many in the States, too
"Look at General Flynn's Twitter feed and look at the articles he's written recently, about
how important this election is. And it's not just to this country, it is to the entire world.
It is anybody who has any hope for freedom anywhere."
Bannon comments that when Dennis Montgomery gave 47 hard drives with over 600 million pages
of documents to James Comey's office at the FBI and he asks Gen McInerney "What was he trying
to expose? What should the American people know today on the eve of this election that 250 Flag
Officers sent a letter to President Trump, including my old boss, Tom Hayward, that said, 'It's
the most important election in the history of the Republic.'
"What is Montgomery trying to tell us? What is the message we need to hear today?"
"Well, he's telling us right now, Steve that we are on the verge of being compromised
through cyber warfare. Which he is a master of, he's the most brilliant person in our country
on cyber warfare and they have used this. They moved it from the intelligence – a very
highly-secure program – and they've moved it from there over to political treachery. And
that's what it is.
"When they moved it out of the CIA, they moved it for their political use, as they have
politicized the intelligence community, as we saw in the Russia Hoax and what they've done to
General Flynn. All these things that you and Sidney have been talking about, that want to
change America from what it is. It goes back to the Electoral College, to the Supreme Court.
All these things are bundled to change America from being a Democratic Republic to a
Totalitarian regime.
"That means a Socialist country, the next step is Communism. That's why there can be no

Bannon asks Sidney Powell again, why The Hammer is not a woo-woo conspiracy theory.
She replies, "Well, there's multiple sources that this exists – an absolute
confirmation of it. It's even moved off its original site into a private company But Obama,
Biden, Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Mueller – all know about it; helped create it and know
how to use it against the American people.
"There's evidence that any number of judges, I think over 100 judges they collected
information on. A lot of lawyers. Thousands of lawyers, including me, I'm told was collected on
by it. And businesses, particular businesses, churches. They've gotten names and addresses of
people from certain churches, anti-abortion groups. They're using it for their social and
political issues."
Bannon asks, "When you're FBI Director, you're gonna clean all this up? Can the American
People get your commitment that you're gonna do this?"
"Yes. Regardless of political party. I will be a very Equal Opportunity offender."
Dennis Montgomery Developed Hammer after 9/11. Hammer and Scorecard were used in 2012 for
Biden and Obama. Just as you say and also used to STEAL from Bernie Sanders this year.
Complete Election Fraud
"This software is a CIA spy program designed to use on protected networks
(like voting machines) without detection. It is important to note that
Montgomery claims that in 2009, under then-President Barak Obama, this
software was "commandeered and repurposed" by John Brenan and James
Clapper into a "private and parallel domestic surveillance system."
Dennis Montgomery is a genius, a real prodigy who worked with the NSA to develop
"Hammer".
"Scorecard" was developed using the intrusion capabilities of Hammer to focus upon
election software.
It definitely appears that the Dominion computers all had this program running.
Vote switching is its primary feature. The sure-fire telltale signs of Republican totals
DECREASING is rampant. It's an impossibility for votes to decrease for any candidate.
The fact that the totals at that given point in time, are universally decreasing for
Republicans ONLY and given to Democrats with identical totals is truly alarming.
Many videos are circulating showing these vote switches in real-time. All these videos are
proofs. Irrefutable evidence that votes were manipulated to swap votes from Republican votes
to Democrats.
Impossible to deny.
Scorecard was used in many elections and Democrat primaries.
Wish someone would post at least part of the actual malware code. If written properly,the
vote tally for the victim would continue to increase, just switching an occasional 'random'
vote to the opponents' tally. There would never be an actual decrease in the tally, and there
would be no real 'pattern' to discern - very hard to detect by itself unless the actual code
was available. I could write more, but there might actually be a 'Non-brain-dead' liberal
reading these comments!
Would that mean any legislation that those elected by fraudulent means would be put to
review?
I mean that if this software fraud investigation goes retrospective and it's found that over
time local, state and the federal government's have had illegal candidates sitting will the
votes of the illegal candidates be struck from any legislation that they voted on?
Everything should undergo a review. Especially any act that passed by a narrow margin. If say
3 ineligible candidates sat in any particular legislature all bills that passed by 3 or less
votes during their term should be reviewed.
Any legislation which only passed because of the addition of ineligible votes could be deemed
null and void.
Seems to be a theme by the "serious conservatives" at Fox News: downplaying the scope and
severity of the election fraud. Solomon actually said there was only one glitch in MI and it
was resolved in a friendly manner with the county officials. He said there were no other
problems with Dominion software as far as he was aware, WHILE Sidney Powell was reporting the
same thing as Gateway Pundit - that it was across the country and there is evidence of
millions of votes impacted positively for biden because of the software. Hannity didn't
challenge him either when the opposite was being reported in other outlets.
He seems to be taking the paper ballot used to stuff the ballot box route based on the
statistics along with the data showing large numbers of ballots cast by people who had
previously submitted change of address requests yet had not been removed from voter rolls.
Seems those type of people would be ripe for targeting for submitting an illegal ballot in
their name. Those number is the 100's of thousands....
The book is mixed. Good information often is intermixed with absurd statements. And often
authors overplay their hand.
Still if read with a grain of slat one can find interesting, systematized information about
Flynn prosecution and Russiagate gaslighting. This information is presented via the prism of
Hammer, the newer surveillance system similar to Prism, that supposedly was used by Obama
administraqtion to spy on the US citizens including General Flynn, supreme court judges and even
members of FICA court.
In February 2009, the Obama administration commandeered a powerful supercomputer system
known as THE HAMMER. THE HAMMER includes an exploit application known as SCORECARD that is capable of hacking into
elections and stealing the vote, according to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis
Montgomery, who designed and built THE HAMMER.
This is a blatant attempt of CIA to steal functions of NSA. Which strongly suggests that
Obama was a CIA-democrat.
On March 19, 2017, General Mclnerney and Admiral Lyons dropped The
American Report's expose 011 The HAMMER, the illegal surveillance operation overseen by Obama,
Brennan, and Clapper with which they spied 011 Americans and targeted their political
adversaries. The radio show is a Live show, and fifteen minutes before General Mclnerney's
segment he emailed me that he would be coming forward with time-sensitive information provided
with the support of Admiral Lyons.
The information focused 011 an illegal surveillance operation which utilized a platform, THE
HAMMER, developed by Dennis Montgomery, which Obama, Brennan and Clapper, with the support of
Comey and Mueller, had "privatized" to illegally-surveil political opponents. Their "operation"
violated the rights of many hundreds of Americans, including citizen Donald Trump, General
Flynn, government officials, and Supreme Court and District Court Judges. General Mclnerney
then came on the Live show and delivered the information noted above to the American public.
This was the first time this information was presented 011 Radio or TV. I would like to say
that the information of the illegal "operation" shocked me .... however, having been involved
in health care policy for years and having had "time in the swamp".... it angered me but did
not shock me.
The credit for exposing the illegal "operation" THE HAMMER and bringing it to the attention
of General Mclnerney and Admiral Lyons should go to investigative journalists Mary Fanning and
Alan Jones of The American Report and military intelligence officials who confirmed the illegal
"operation." Mary Fanning and Alan Jones have presented information in at least two dozen well
researched, well sourced, and very thorough investigative articles on the illegal surveillance
parallel platform.
The reaction to the segment was significant. The listening audience demanded that the
illegal "operation" be investigated, Deep State operatives expressed displeasure over the
information being made public, and for some "reason," my computer immediately after the show
malfunctioned and would not allow me to send emails. The screen repeatedly seized. This was not
a common occurrence -- this was rare.
Of note, several years after the segment, the Department of Justice released text messages
between Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, which Tire American Report exposed and built a timeline
around. Included in those texts were messages between Strzok and Page on the evening of March
19, 2017 referencing the information General Mclnerney brought forward on the show. Over the
ensuing years, there have been those who thoroughly researched the illegal "operation" who are
also well-versed and experts in information technology.
The two most well-respected surveillance experts in the world, Bill Binney and Kirk Wiebe,
have been supportive of the existence of the illegal parallel platform of THE HAMMER and they
in fact have come forward stating that they had also participated in parallel platforms.
Admiral Lyons was an incredible Patriot and a friend who also regularly appeared 011 my
show. From March 19, 2017 until his death in December of 2018, he repeatedly told me ....

TIPers knew the groundwork was in motion with mail-in ballots and all the other tricks
that would tip close states to the candidate with no chance of winning on his own. That would
be Joe Biden. They don't know Trump, America's top warrior, yet.

Since the CIA wrote Scorecard and Hammer, and since there are a few computer forensics folks working for Trump, it's possible
they were able to monitor and log changes to votes on election night and beyond.
If Trump was smart enough to catch these activities and proves fraud to reverse the States he needs to win, he deserves another
term.
If he was not smart enough, he'll lose due to the lack of evidence.
There would be a good reason for Trump not to mention any of this yet. They still might be using the software to change votes
in some States.
In the words of Sun Tze: "Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake."
Hammer is a machine in the CIA, perhaps a server unit, and Scorecard is one of the programs. The system was designed to hack
into and interfere with foreign country voting elections results. Expect more to be reported on it this week.
