Abstract

This letter documents the software withdrawal from marketing and support discontinuance of IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) version 8.2.x.

Content

Effective on the date noted below, IBM® will withdraw support of the following programs licensed under the IBM International Program License Agreement:

09/30/2009 - 5698-WSH - IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler v8.2

This announces the end of support date for all IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler v8.2.x versions (v8.2 and v8.2.1) at all Fix Pack levels.

IBM recommends that customers upgrade TWS v8.2.x to the latest TWS v8.4 Fix Pack level to get the most up-to-date code and longest product maintenance life-cycle.
