Obnoxious Spammers

I usually do not care much about spammers. They are taken care of by spam filter :-). But there is one especially annoying type: obnoxious spammers are spammers who send messages to postmaster account. As such they are interfering with the normal functioning of Internet and should be prosecuted as common criminals. Here are some data that might help to understand this phenomenon.
